Motor Free Load Test Bench

Motor Free Load Test Bench

The test bench system uses a dynamometer with a dedicated load motor, and it supports both torque mode and speed mode. The controller provides precise torque and speed control, while the load motor offers fast and accurate response. This allows for arbitrary load curve loading and waveform measurement during the motor testing process, meeting both steady-state and transient measurement requirements for motors and drives.

Test Items:

No-load test, rated test, peak torque, peak speed, durability test, temperature rise test, torque fluctuation, speed fluctuation, back EMF test, T-N curve test, motor start-up test, frequency band response bandwidth, driver performance test, efficiency cloud chart (MAP), forward/reverse speed difference rate, electrical time constant, torque control response time, speed control response time, dynamic position tracking error, braking torque test, speed adjustment rate, direct/alternating axis inductance, stall test, efficiency test, overspeed, thermal resistance, inertia simulation, electromechanical time constant.

Motor Free Load Testing System

Software Development Platform:

LabView, custom display for the display module, report support with custom selection and recording.
The new TAS (Triple Accuracy System) precision guarantee system ensures testing accuracy through load control accuracy, high-precision torque and speed measurement, and mechanical installation accuracy.
Unique free-loading engine technology enables arbitrary load curve loading functionality. The system also supports loading waveform template settings, saving, and importing functions to improve testing efficiency.
The system has various control modes including ASR, ATR, and APR. It also includes energy feedback, short-term overload, undervoltage protection, and overcurrent protection.
Supports IoT functionality, allowing production progress to be checked via a QR code. The software supports remote online updates and has pre-diagnosis capabilities to eliminate faults in advance. It also features online monitoring of the equipment’s operating status.
