ECW Series Eddy-Current Brake Dynamometer

Eddy-Current Brake Dynamometers are perfect for high-speed applications and those with middle to high power requirements. These dynamometers deliver increasing torque as speed rises, reaching peak torque at rated speed. They are designed with low inertia, thanks to their small rotor diameter, making them ideal for fast and efficient performance.

Operating Principle:
Eddy-Current Dynamometers use electromagnetic induction to generate braking force. As the conductive rotor spins in a magnetic field, eddy currents create opposing forces, allowing precise load control
