Multi Dynamometers Solution

High-Performance Specialized Test solution-Combination of magnetic powder, hysteresis, electric motor load

This system is designed to test motor characteristics using a combination of magnetic powder, hysteresis load, and electric motor dynamometers.

  • A single test control system can test various types and sizes of motors.
  • It adopts a shared testing system and instruments, offering comprehensive testing functions.
  • The system is specifically tailored for multiple motor types with diverse range control methods.
  • A single control system can accommodate up to six test benches simultaneously.

Test Items

  1. No-Load Test: Evaluates motor performance without load.
  2. Load Characteristic Test: Measures motor behavior under different loads.
  3. Durability Test: Assesses motor reliability over extended operation.
  4. Back Electromotive Force (EMF) Test: Tests the voltage generated by the motor during operation.
  5. Temperature Rise Test: Monitors heat generation under load conditions.
  6. Locked Rotor Test: Measures torque and current when the rotor is stationary.
  7. Motor Efficiency Test: Calculates energy conversion efficiency.
  8. T-N Curve Test: Plots torque vs speed characteristics.
  9. Driver Performance Test: Evaluates the performance of motor controllers or drivers.
  10. Efficiency Map (MAP) Test: Creates an efficiency map for the motor.

Functional Features

  1. Wide Range Testing System: Independently developed to cover a broad power range, large torque span, and wide speed range.
  2. Cost-Effective Design: A single control system supports up to six test benches with seamless switching functionality.
  3. Dynamic Testing Capability: Addresses limitations of traditional dynamometers, such as high-power, high-speed tests and dynamic drag tests, while overcoming issues like excessive initial torque in low-power setups.
  4. Software-Controlled Switching: Allows one-click switching between test channels without hardware reconfiguration for user convenience.
  5. Dual Control Modes: Offers both manual and automated control options:
    • Manual Mode: Operates independently from the computer system.
    • Automatic Mode: Fully computer-controlled testing.
